We want to see lives restored by providing rescue, relationships, resources, and recovery for men, women, and children experiencing poverty, homelessness, human trafficking, and sexual exploitation in the EasTex.

Purchased: Not for Sale

Purchased: Not for Sale provides restoration, rescue, relationships, resources, and recovery for women and children impacted by sexual exploitation and trafficking. Through direct outreach, the ministry builds relationships with individuals involved in prostitution, trafficking, and the sex trade. Purchased: Not for Sale connects those experiencing exploitation with in-house recovery centers, counseling services, and a supportive community of believers in Christ.

The Lovewell Stores

The Lovewell Center is a membership-based resource center that empowers individuals to move out of poverty and homelessness into a restored life. Members earn the physical resources they need by participating in classes and programs designed for personal growth and stability. Earned credits can be redeemed at The Lovewell Stores, including the Dresswell clothing store, Eatwell food store, and Smellwell laundromat.

We need your help to finish renovations.

We need to maximize our property to support Cross Community Church and The Lovewell Center, ensuring safe, seamless operations without interference.

Phase One: Additional Classroom (Completed)

Funds Raised: $14,000.
To expand education space for Lovewell and Cross Community, we are renovating a more spacious room for ministry to teens. This will meet an immediate need for both teens and adults, while serving as an additional classroom for Lovewell ministries. Funds needed to accomplish this phase have been given, and we finalize the renovations now.

Phase Two: Consolidation Renovation

Funds Needed: $55,000.
To accommodate The Lovewell Stores, we will focus on renovating the gym and existing clothing closet. This will provide a safe, permanent location for Cross Kids which can also be used for childcare during Lovewell education classes in the future. And, this phase brings The Lovewell Center into one building. Select Missions in the donation dropdown when contributing to the renovations.

Phase Three: Ancillary Construction

Funds Needed: (currently estimating)
While phase one and two position us for some growth, phase three will help us create a more suitable and safe environment for building relationships, caring for the community, and expanding more service opportunities. It will include an internal two-floor platform containing a coffee cafe (ground floor) and four multipurpose rooms (second floor). Additionally, we plan to install an improved iron fencing around the property, concrete parking, playground for children, picnic area for parents, and a portable medical building for at-risk mothers and children.
